TOS - Terms of Service

This HotShare.net Terms of Service describes the terms and conditions on which HotShare.net offer services to you. By using our services, user agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Description of Services

HotShare.net is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) providing free web hosting that permits users to upload, transfer and store user originated files into the HotShare.net website so that other users of the service can view and download said content.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to not use HotShare.net service to:

a. Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that depicts terror, torture, abuses of children, this includes any form of child pornography.

b. Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other prioprietary rights of any party.

c. Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that promotes illegal activity.

3. No Warranty

You understand and agree that the use of HotShare.net is at your own risk.

a.HotShare.net services are provided on an "as is" basis. Any material obtained through HotShare.net is your own sole responsibility.

b. HotShare.net is not liable for your images, videos or files or any lost business due to the unavailability or loss of the website. We make no claims of future reliability in serving, hosting or storing your images, videos or files.

c. We reserve the right to disable direct linking on user accounts that are using excessive bandwidth or otherwise abusing the system.

4. Indemnity

You agree to hold harmless HotShare.net, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including but not limited to reasonable legal fees resulting from your use of HotShare.net services or your breach of this agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Your use of HotShare.net is at your own risk. You understand that HotShare.net shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidential or consequential damages.

6. Miscellaneous

a. These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Brazil.

b. Users must agree to comply with all laws which apply to their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Images, videos and files that violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed. If someone has an infringement claim against you, you will be asked to remove the copyrighted file until the issue is resolved. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, HotShare.net is under no obligation to become involved.
